Parish and diocesan pastoral councils, ministry groups, pastoral workers and catechists will have a particular interest in this programme as its primary focus is on pastoral development. There will be a particular focus on group skills, team development and discerning and responding to needs in the community. The methodology used throughout the week involves learning through group practice and peer feedback.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4dbn9\" data-offset-key=\"7tehh-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"7tehh-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7tehh-0-0\">Training will be delivered by Martin Kennedy and \u00c9amonn Fitzgibbon. Training for Transformation runs from Monday 8 July to Friday 12 July, 2019.
