A number of lorries will be sent to Poland and Romania to meet the needs of the refugees. Heart to Hand is a registered non-profit charity where every euro raised will help those in need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The money collected will be used to purchase and transport vital humanitarian aid. Working with and through the Sisters of Charity, the aid will be distributed to the most vulnerable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envelopes are available at church doors or from the Parish Office.
