Tipperary<br>Unexpectedly after a short illness. In the wonderful care of the staff of ICU Tipperary University Hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predeceased by his wife Winifred (n\u00e9e O&#8217;Donoghue), parents Patrick and Mary, father-in-law John.
