Over 53 people travelled on a very enjoyable outing.\u00a0 The day began with Mass in Holycross Abbey at 9.30 a.m. With Francis Glasheen Jnr guiding our trip we set\u00a0out for a shopping experience and coffee break at Bunratty. Fully nourished and with a few items purchased we set\u00a0off for the west coast of Clare.<\/p>\n<p>On arrival the weather was not of a summer variety, but it soon cleared and we had a most enjoyable few hours at this historic and world renowned site. Just before before 6 o clock we arrived in the Old Ground hotel in Ennis where we enjoyed a\u00a0tasty and timely meal and clean plates were the order of the day.<\/p>\n<p>With a bus full of contented passangers we set sail for home and arrived safely and thoroughly satisfied. Thanks to all who were responsible for arranging this wonderful day.
