Training for Transformation in M.I.C., St. Patrick’s Campus, Thurles. Parish and diocesan pastoral councils, ministry groups, pastoral workers and catechists will have a particular interest in this programme as its primary focus is on pastoral development. There will be a particular focus on group skills, team development and discerning and responding to needs in the community. The methodology used throughout the week involves learning through group practice and peer feedback.
