St Michael’s & St Mary’s Graveyard Committee: The Holycross Cemeteries Committee is holding a fundraiser to raise much needed funds for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of St Michael’s & St Mary’s Cemeteries in Holycross. The funds raised will help us carry out necessary remedial works, purchase essential equipment & meet the general maintenance costs associated with caring for both cemeteries, including weed control, flowers & ongoing upkeep. We take great pride in maintaining the cemeteries to a high standard and ensuring they remain peaceful, dignified & well cared for.
We are holding a Progressive 25 Card Drive in Holycross Community Centre on Friday Oct 16th at 8pm. There will be a Prize Fund of €1,000, tea and refreshments. Tickets are €10 and are available from committee members.
If you do not play cards and wish to support this fundraiser, you can do so by purchasing a non-players draw ticket on October 10th in the Holycross Community Centre from 10am to 12 noon or from any committee member.
