Catholic Schools Week provided an opportunity once again to celebrate Grandparents day with the children of Ballycahill National School. Mass was celebrated with children, teachers, parents and grandparents present. The children helped in the liturgy, doing readings, prayers of the faithful and also a post communion reflection prayer in thanksgiving for grandparents. Refreshments were provided in the school by the parents council after Mass. Well done to teachers and parents council for a wonderful celebration!
