Holycross Community Centre is the place to be each Tuesday afternoon if you wish to develop the skill of Knitting. Each Tuesday over a dozen ladies gather learn and develop their skills at Croche and knitting. A presentation took place recently of some of their work to the Heart to Hand charity for delivery to Albanian orphanages. Fr. Tierney, on behalf of Heart to Hand thanked Breda Ryan and her team for their wonderful work and generosity in presenting the hats, blankets and dolls to the Irish charity.
