The Mid Final took place in Drombane last Friday night 29th Nov. A Big Thank You to the following who represented Holycross/Ballycahill – Brídín Ryan who competed in solo singing and Shannon O’Halloran; Siobhán Hennessy and Fiona Hennessy who competed in the Ballad group. They put in excellent performances, but we were unsuccessful in progressing to the next round. Congratulations to Jack Ryan, Farney, who came 1st in the Recitation category and goes on to represent Holycross/Ballycahill in the County Final. This County Final will be staged in the Community Centre, Holycross next Friday night, 6th Dec at 8 pm. Any help and donations of home baking on the night would be gratefully appreciated.
